Address verification

Address Verification can be undertaken in 3 different ways:

Physical Visit – As the tradition follows, a physical visit is conducted on the Candidate’s provided address (Present / Permanent / Previous Addresses). Digital Platform – Keeping in mind the modern era, we came up with a new and trending solution “verify the address digitally”. Postal Method – Need of the Environment admires several changes and gave birth to a new solution of verifying addresses, “Postal Method”, and as the name suggests, a post is sent to the candidate’s provided address along-with some confidential detail.

Employment Verification

Hiring and Firing is becoming a trend & the reason behind this is the Shady candidature. To sort this we came with a solution to verify the employment history of the candidate being hired by our clients so that the name and glory keeps on rising with least chances of fraudulent conducts.

Verify Employee Performance

Performance is something which cannot be judged on basis of papers and hence, we connect with the reporting manager of the candidate to check on the performance related areas (performance satisfactory or not, good people manager or not, etc.)

Employment Reference Verification

The Employment Reference Verification can be undertaken in 2 different ways as per the requirement of the client: Professional Reference – Employers are more curious to know some professional insights of the candidate related to the work ethic and abilities beyond what is listed on their resume. Cross Reference – Another level of professional reference is the Cross Reference within which our research tactics plays the major role in getting connected with the cross functional colleagues, past subordinates, etc.

Employment Gap Analysis

Some candidates hide their CORE information (misleading the Employer with wrong tenure & many more) at the time of applying for job. We verify if there is any employment gap which the candidate intentionally has not declared to the Employer.

Education verification

Education Qualification is the basic structure for any candidate to start his work profile and hence many applicants are found with FORGED details or FAKE certificates. We as a helping hand verifies the authenticity of the Degree and/or Transcript certificates

Court Record verification

Digitization has changed the working module of the world. Now-a-days each and every record is being digitized let it be a criminal case or a civil litigation. Hence, we verify through the eCourts website whether the candidate is having any criminal or civil litigations filed against him / her

Caste Certificate verification

To support the Govt. officials, we brought up the idea to get the Caste Certificates verified. Few people do forge these certificates to get the job and/or other benefits. Some of our Clients are also seeking this service to have a clear picture on the candidature.

Police verification

For the companies running with high number of blue-collar employees, the need of Police Verification gradually raised and hence, we came up with a solution “Police Verification – through Law Firm” which ultimately reflects the same results which the Police Officers share in the form of Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).

Global Database verification

Many employers do expat hiring and hence to check if any of the candidate is a Politically Exposed Person or their name features in any negative media article, the need of Global Database Verification arises. We as a service provider assist our clients to check & verify the same.

CV Validation

CV Validation is undertaken to ascertain if the candidate had an intent to mislead or hide information from the employer at the interview stage. We determine discrepancies between the information declared by the candidate on the Application Form at the time of on-boarding and the CV provided at the time of interview.

ID verification

Credit Record Verification

A credit record verification is highly recommended if a client is hiring a candidate to fill in a position in accounts / finance or filling a senior profile. Drug Testing

Drug tests are performed to detect the use of drugs and substances not permitted in specific occupations or at the workplace in general. (05 Panel Test – Amphetamine, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates, Phencyclidine) (10 Panel Test – Amphetamine, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cannabis, Cocaine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Opioids, Phencyclidine, Propoxyphene).
